Node charges a fee for its services. The fee will vary depending on the product being discussed. Usually mortgage contracts are charged at £295 and Specialist Property Finance is £495. The actual fee will be disclosed to you before you proceed. This is in addition to any commission we receive from the lender.

We may receive commissions that will vary depending on the lender, product, or other permissible factors. The nature of any commission model will be confirmed to you before you proceed.
