Rob founded Node Finance — a trading style of Kew Property Finance Ltd — after more than 15 years advising on mortgages and specialist property finance. He holds both regulated and unregulated bridging permissions, a combination held by only a small number of brokers, which lets him structure deals that a single-licence broker would have to turn away or refer elsewhere.
Most brokerages grow by adding staff — more advisers, more departments, more handoffs between the person who took your call and the person who actually processes your case. Node deliberately stays the opposite shape: every enquiry is handled by Rob directly, start to finish, so nothing gets lost in translation between people who've never spoken to you.
Node is fully authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and sources finance from the whole of market, rather than a panel of preferred lenders — covering residential mortgages, buy to let, bridging, commercial, semi-commercial and development finance. We advise clients across the UK, working flexibly around when suits you, not fixed office hours.
